Answer: All types of economic activities in conformity with the requirements of the effective regulations of Mongolia, including production, services, tourism, trade, international banking, finance, paid puzzle games, and gambling games are permitted in free zones. Any economic activity for which licensing is required in a free zone shall be subject to Law on Licensing.
